Placing an Order
To place an order, you may call us at 704-896-3433 during our normal business hours of
M-Sa 10am to 6pm. Payments are accepted at the time of the phone order and we gladly accept all major forms of credit card. For other payment forms, such as personal checks, please visit our boutique located in the Birkdale Village.
Shipping
Poppies will ship out your order from our store in North Carolina within 48 hours if it is not to be personalized. Please allow 7 days for monogramming and about 3 days for printing. We do all of our monogramming and printing in our store. Please call if you are interested in printing. Any items that are personalized by our wonderful vendors please allow 2-3 weeks.
We do have the ability to rush many items for a fee. Please contact us to discuss this. Please understand that some items may be out of stock and need to be re-ordered. We will contact you with-in 48 hours if there will be any delay on your order. Each address that is provided is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. We do provide gift-wrapping at no additional charge; please indicate the item is a gift on your order.
Standard shipping is UPS ground and usually takes between 3-5 business days. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Items sent within NC will be charged 7.5% sales tax; orders outside NC will not be charged sales tax.

Overnight - $34.00
Oversized or heavy items that require additional handling will be charged extra shipping.
