We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are collected using 128-bit SSL technology to keep your confidential information safe.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 7.25% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of North Carolina.

Shipping

Poppies will ship out your order from our store in North Carolina within 48 hours if it is not to be personalized.  Please allow 7 days for monogramming and about 3 days for printing. We do all of our monogramming and printing in our store.  Any items that are personalized by our wonderful vendors please allow 2-3 weeks.

We do have the ability to rush many items for a fee.  Please contact us to discuss this.  Please understand that some items may be out of stock and need to be re-ordered.  We will contact you with-in 48 hours if there will be any delay on your order.  Each address that is provided is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.  We do provide gift wrapping for an additional charge; please indicate the item is a gift on your order.

Standard shipping is UPS ground and usually takes between 3-5 business days.  UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Oversized or heavy items that require additional handling will be charged extra shipping.

Poppies is proud of their wide array of products, and we strive to provide our customers with excellent customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly offer you a store credit. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on monogrammed or personalized items. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to receive store credit.
